All items are final sale and will only be accepted for return if they are either a) significantly different than described or b) destroyed in shipping.
If destroyed in shipping claim is made, you must include pictures of both the shipping container and item. If a return is accepted, it must be in the original condition received, and if it is a textile, it must not have been laundered.
