In some cases. We often have access to outlets to find Vera Bradley discontinued items. It may take awhile, but we have many sources to search and usually come up with requests. With respect to Victorian Trade Cards, this becomes a little harder. You can always email us and we'll try to let you know if it's possible to find your item.

Most packages arrive via Priority Mail. We found that their packaging is sturdy, they are efficient and the most reliable. This also saves money for our customer in the long run as we don't have a lot of handling cost in box materials. If you have special shipping requests, please put a note in with your PayPal payment and we will do our best to accommodate you, especially if you need it in a hurry for a special occasion. If it is a flat postcard or other flat item, we will attempt to ship in an envelope to save you as much cost as possible

Yes, but the current cart format does not do this well. Feel free to fill your cart and check out, and then send an email. When we ship your order, we will happily send a refund to your PayPal account for whatever we did not use in shipping costs.

Of course! Your requests mean an order for us. For example, if there is a specific Vera Bradley item/pattern you have been searching for and cannot find, I have many sources to find things since I live in the town they were born! Also, if you have special order requests for a necklace, tell me a story. I will come up with several options and email you pictures of several beading options to make the ideal charm arrangement.
